The SHOTA M35 Pants are rooted in the construction of the 1935 US Army denim fatigue trouser. Issued to soldiers for labor and fatigue duty, the original existed for only a brief window before the Army transitioned to herringbone twill in 1941. Finding an original pair today is nearly impossible.

We kept what we loved from the original and rebuilt it with our own additions.
